Biography

Dr. Sannah Phi Ziama is a distinguished Liberian physicist, researcher, and academic renowned for his contributions to both fundamental and applied physics. He earned his Ph.D. in Physics from Purdue University in May 2013 and has conducted extensive research in quantum dots and high-energy physics, including studies on Wilson loops and Riemann theta functions. His work is documented on platforms such as ResearchGate and Semantic Scholar.
Currently, Dr. Ziama is spearheading an ambitious project to develop a “smart city” in Liberia, applying his scientific expertise to drive technological and infrastructural innovation in his home country. Through his research, teaching, and visionary projects, he continues to advance the frontiers of physics while fostering sustainable development and innovation in Liberia.
